How much time do you devote to MMOs on a daily basis?
Up to 4 hours during the weekends depending on homework (Being a Senior in High School, I have to worry about College and my future.) and during the weekends, besides work, I have all day.

Silkroad: Level 38 Nuker
Cabal: Level 89 Force Archer
Guild Wars Factions: Level 20 Assassin
I played a lot of other MMO's but these three are the ones that had my attention the longest.

Yes.
Would others rate you a good MMO player?
I don't know. But, I have a lot of experience in MMO's and I could do my job well.
Were you in any of the top guilds in those games? If so, what role did you play? (IE: were you a guildleader, were you involved in the forums, or in charge of planning alliances with other guilds, did you participate in guild events frequently...?)
No, I wasn't in any of the top guilds but I wasn't at the very bottom either. I don't usually look to join the best of the best, I look for the guilds that can improve my experience in the game, whether that guild is the top dog or not. But, I was involved in their forums and participated in guild events.
There is a weekly maintenance fee to keep Nightmare guild running. If it is not paid, the guild will get disbanded. This is an in-game rule set by the developers. Knowing this, would you contribute gold to the weekly maintenance cost to maintain Nightmare guild?
Yes, I would be willing to contribute as much gold as you need me to.
